Do I have to pay sales tax?
  VAT (Value Added Tax) may or may not be added to your order depending on your countries applicable laws.

Shipments to countries outside the EU will be charged with import and custom duties at the moment the goods enter the country. As customer you are personally responsible for these costs, which differ per country. The amount will be calculated by the customs of the country where the goods are shipped to. If you want to know the amount, you should contact the customs of that specific country.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your online order.
